Bright Transitions Therapy is an out-of-network provider. This means we do not bill insurance directly, and all fees are due at the time of service. Most insurance plans offer some type of reimbursement for mental health services. Many plans reimburse up to 80 percent. You will receive a superbill each month containing all of the information needed to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Please review our Out-of-Network Reimbursement Guide for assistance with contacting your insurance company to determine your specific plan and out-of-network benefits.

A free consultation is your opportunity to meet one of our experienced therapists, either in person or virtually, and share a bit about what brings you to therapy. This session typically lasts around 15 minutes and is designed to be a relaxed, open conversation. You’ll have the chance to ask questions, discuss your concerns, and get a feel for our approach without any financial commitment.
That’s why we offer a free 15-minute initial consultation—a no-pressure way to get to know us and see if we’re the right fit for your needs.
