Individual Therapy: Focusing on Your Personal Growth

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of high-quality treatment. Sometimes, the journey of self-discovery and healing requires a dedicated focus on you as an individual. The therapy sessions provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or simply want to work on personal growth, we’re here to help you gain insight and build healthier coping mechanisms.

Our therapists are experienced in addressing a wide range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety and stress management

  • Depression and mood disorders

  • Life transitions and adjustments

  • Trauma and grief

  • Self-esteem and identity issues

Most individual appointments are 45-50 minutes and meet weekly or bi-weekly. Frequency may decrease over time as goals are met. Some clients want quick solutions to a specific concern while others value finding a provider they can work with in a longer-term therapeutic relationship. We accommodate both of these preferences.
